At Kieswetter Mazda/CARSTAR your safety along with the safety of our staff is of the utmost importance as we all deal with COVID-19.  All departments in the dealership have made numerous changes to ensure everyone’s safety and proper social distancing.  Face coverings inside our facility are mandatory as per the Region of Waterloo bylaw. Below is a list of each department’s procedural changes.

 

Service Department/CARSTAR Collision Center

  • Appointments are being scheduled to limit the number of customers inside the service lounge
  • When you enter please sanitize your hands at the provided station just inside the entrance. Latex gloves are available for your convenience (optional)
  • A service advisor will then call you forward to make up your workorder
  • All service advisors have clear plexi glass partitions
  • Please follow markings on the floor to ensure separation
  • Our service lounge is available for those wishing to wait while their car is being serviced. We have 5 separate areas in our lounge that customers will be directed to and this will ensure at least 15 to 20 feet separation between guests.  There is also seating available outside if you prefer
  • High touch points in the service lounge are being sanitized multiple times each day
  • Your key fob will be placed in a Ziploc bag and sanitized before being returned to you
  • Service technicians are utilizing steering wheel covers, seat covers and gloves

  • Please be aware we have temporarily shut down our courtesy shuttle services for your protection

Parts Department

  • If possible, please call ahead so that when you arrive, we can have your parts ready for pickup

 

Sales Department

 

  • Appointments are being scheduled to limit the number of customers inside the sales showroom. Please call ahead or email to book an appointment
  • When you enter please sanitize your hands at the provided station just inside the entrance. Latex gloves are available for your convenience (optional)
  • High touch points in the sales showroom are being sanitized multiple times each day
  • Our showroom currently has no vehicles inside. We have set up multiple sales lounges that will ensure plenty of space for our guests
  • Test drive vehicles will be pre-staged and sanitized prior to your arrival
  • At delivery all vehicles will be fully sanitized for your safety
