In light of the growing concerns around the coronavirus (Covid-19) we want to let you know that we are taking this very seriously. We have taken a NO CONTACT approach where possible at the dealership to make sure the safety of our staff and our guests have been looked after during these difficult times.
Parts, Service and our Collision center are all open and we are taking appointments. We are encouraging our NO CONTACT procedure for safety reasons and to limit our customers in the waiting area.
We have implemented the following NO CONTACT procedures to protect everyone and keep the proper social distancing;
Our sales dept is open by appointment only.
- We are currently accepting appointments either by phone or online. You can reach us at either firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at 519-653-2540.
- Our waiting area in the service department is now open BUT we can only have a very limited number of customers inside to maintain social distancing. We are still encouraging customers to either leave their vehicle with us for the day or if waiting, to use our NO CONTACT procedure listed below. The procedure below can be used for both drop off appointments for the day or waiting.
- Once you arrive call 519-653-2540 and ask for service
- One of our service staff will assist you on the phone, explain how to drop off and pick up your car, plus payment by credit card over the phone
- mechanic utilizing steering wheel covers, seat covers and gloves
- all keys put in plastic bags and sanitized before returning to customer
- Please be aware we have temporarily shut down our courtesy shuttle services for your protection

- They will assist you in your parts purchase and explain how to pay and pick up your parts using our NO CONTACT approach where possible.
CARSTAR/Kieswetter Collision Center
- We are open and accepting appointments. Please call in advance if you require an estimate. Call 519-653-2540.
- One of our collision staff will take your call and assist you with your needs using a NO CONTACT approach where possible.
- Our showroom is open but only by appointment so we can practice proper social distancing to protect you and our staff

- Test drives are available by appointment only.
